Frequently asked questions
All of our servers and storage drives are stored physically in the UK. We never share with, nor pass data through, any third party systems. The only instances where data may leave the UK are when users or guests access Zer0 from outside the UK, or during authentication when using SSO providers (such as Microsoft 365) that are not UK based.
We never see the contents of your files. Files are encrypted before they are sent by users to our servers and are only decrypted after they've been downloaded by users from our servers. We have designed the solution so that not even Zer0 are able to see your files if we wanted to.
We use multi-factor autentication by default, requiring users to enter a password and a 6-digit code from a TOTP generator such as Google Authenticator.
We have the ability to set time limits on user and guest zone access. We also have the ability to set a zone expiry which will automatically delete a zone and its contents.
